Course Summary
This seminar gives participants an understanding of the AIAG CQI-19 process for the automotive industry, so that it can be applied voluntarily and compliance can be assured where customers require it.
Course objective
- Identify and explain the four phases of the supplier management process defined in CQI-19
- Assess and understand the differences between current business processes and the supplier management process defined in CQI-19
- Communicate the key elements and requirements ("should" and "shall") of the CQI-19 supplier management process to suppliers and sub-tier suppliers
