- ตรวจประเมิน BRCGS Food Safety, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP/GHPs และ HACCP, ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001 รวมถึงการตรวจซัพพลายเออร์ตามข้อกำหนดของผู้ค้าปลีกและผู้ผลิตอาหารระดับสากล
- ประสบการณ์ตรวจประเมินในฮ่องกง มาเก๊า มาเลเซีย สิงคโปร์ และอินเดีย · พัฒนาผู้ตรวจประเมินในบทบาท Operations Manager และการอนุมัติผู้ตรวจประเมินในประเทศจีน
- เคยเป็นวิทยากรที่ได้รับอนุมัติสำหรับหลักสูตร ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับ IRCA

หลักสูตรข้อกำหนดและการตรวจติดตาม BRCGS (บีอาซีจีเอส) สำหรับ วัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ ฉบับที่ 7
หลักการและเหตุผล
โดยหลักสูตรนี้ได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อทำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมได้ทำความเข้าใจและสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐาน BRCGS สำหรับวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ ฉบับที่ 7 ( BRCGs Global Standard for Packaging Material issue 7 ) รวมทั้งองค์กรที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานนี้แล้วต้องการเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 เมษายน 2568 พร้อมทั้งเตรียมผู้ตรวจประเมินภายใน ในการทวนสอบว่าระบบขององค์กร ได้มีการออกแบบและประยุกต์ใช้ข้อกำหนดใหม่นี้ครบถ้วนหรือไม่ เพื่อให้ผลการตรวจประเมินสะท้อนสมรรถนะขององค์กรได้
วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร
- เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจถึงข้อกำหนดที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนจาก issue 6
- เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าเรียนสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ข้อกำหนดต่างๆ เพื่อสามารถทำระบบรองรับการตรวจประเมิน
- เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าเรียนได้เข้าใจและได้ฝึกปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเพื่อให้เข้าใจข้อกำหนด ทำให้มีแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้หลังจากฝึกอบรมผ่านแล้ว
- เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตรวจประเมินภายในการวางแผนการตรวจ, เข้าใจถึงเทคนิคในการตรวจประเมิน การตั้งคำถาม, การสัมภาษณ์,การสุ่มตัวอย่างและการรวบรวมหลักฐานในการตรวจประเมิน

Course Summary
This course is designed so that participants understand and can apply the requirements of the BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials Issue 7. It also serves organisations already certified to the Standard that need to prepare for the changes that came into effect on 28 April 2025, and it prepares internal auditors to verify that the organisation's system has been designed and implemented to cover the new requirements, so that audit results reflect the organisation's real performance.
Course objective
- Understand the requirements that have changed from Issue 6
- Apply the requirements to build a system ready for the certification audit
- Work through practical activities that clarify the requirements and provide an approach for applying them after the course
- Learn how to plan an internal audit and the audit techniques of questioning, interviewing, sampling and gathering audit evidence
