CQI-17 Electronic Assembly Manufacturing-Soldering Systems Assessment 2nd Edition Course (2
CQI-17 Electronic Assembly Manufacturing-Soldering Systems Assessment 2nd Edition Course

CQI-17 Electronic Assembly Manufacturing-Soldering Systems Assessment 2nd Edition Course
Principle and Rationale
The automotive industry places stringent quality requirements on special processes, including soldering in electronic assembly, which directly affects the reliability and safety of the product. OEM customers and Tier 1 suppliers therefore attach great importance to controlling and assessing this process systematically.
The CQI-17 Electronic Assembly Manufacturing - Soldering Systems Assessment (2nd Edition) standard sets out the approach for assessing the soldering process system, to build confidence in the quality of the process and the product, covering process control, the management of equipment and tools, inspection and the evaluation of production results.
EQA has developed this course to build knowledge and understanding of the requirements and assessment approach of CQI-17, and of its application in monitoring and improving soldering processes in the organization, in order to conform to customer requirements, reduce the risk of defects and raise the efficiency of manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.
Course Objectives
- To know the approach to assessing and auditing soldering systems
- To understand the requirements for assessing and auditing soldering systems
- To be able to apply the knowledge gained correctly
- To enable the organization to apply the soldering system assessment effectively and efficiently
