Course Summary
When production lacks quality, defects occur easily and hit cost directly, especially in industries that produce high volumes or many product types, so good standards are essential. Beyond cost, customer satisfaction also suffers when non-conforming products occur.
Course objective
- Understand the principles and concepts of zero-defect production
- Understand how to implement it and plan production improvements towards zero defects
