Course Summary
An internal audit checks whether the organisation's activities are efficient, conform to the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and are implemented effectively and appropriately, and where any weaknesses lie, so they can be corrected and improved. This course is for people who will act as internal auditors or supplier auditors. Participants learn the automotive process approach to auditing and the steps for planning, preparing and conducting an audit. Preparing internal auditors well is key to effective management under the automotive quality system.

Management system committees, internal quality audit teams, staff involved in implementing ISO systems, QMRs and assistant QMRs, executives, students and anyone interested.
