Course Summary
Anyone who joins an organisation meets KPIs that indicate performance at company, department, unit and individual level. Sometimes pursuing assigned KPIs creates conflict between units or people. This course teaches how to build KPIs and PIs (performance indicators) that are aligned and support the organisation's success, drive performance, and can be used alongside performance appraisal for salary increases or bonuses.
Course objective
- Understand how to apply KPIs so they are aligned and mutually supporting in driving the organisation to success
- Have principles for using results in appraisal effectively, with appraisal forms
- Apply KPIs within the quality management system using the PDCA cycle
