Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is an important requirement, key of measurement systems management, providing tools and arranging the environment to suit the measurement characteristics. Measurement System Analysis use to manage and plan the production system to ensure acceptable variability in the measurement system and ensure accuracy and reliability. Ensure that the quality of the parts delivered meets the requirements.


Course objective

    • To be able to apply statistical techniques to analyze measurement systems to suit the requirements, type of measuring equipment, and product to be measured.
    • To understand the principles of effective management of Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
    • To ensure participant can select appropriate method and conduct MSA study.
