บริษัท อีควอล แอสชัวแรนซ์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ("บริษัท" หรือ "เรา") ให้บริการตรวจประเมินและรับรองระบบการจัดการ และบริการฝึกอบรมมาตรฐานสากล นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ("PDPA") และท่านมีสิทธิอะไรบ้าง

เราไม่ส่งข่าวสารการตลาดทางอีเมลหรือ LINE ให้ผู้ที่กรอกแบบฟอร์ม หากในอนาคตจะส่ง เราจะขอความยินยอมแยกต่างหากก่อน
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นให้บุคคลต่อไปนี้
- ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลในนามของเรา ได้แก่ ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้งเว็บไซต์ Google (Google Workspace และ Gmail สำหรับอีเมล และ Google Analytics) และ LINE เมื่อท่านติดต่อผ่าน LINE
- เจ้าของหลักสูตรที่ออกใบรับรองการอบรม เช่น BRCGS สำหรับหลักสูตรที่ต้องลงทะเบียนผู้เรียนในระบบของ BRCGS และ FSPCA สำหรับหลักสูตร PCQI
- Equal Assurance Pty Ltd (ออสเตรเลีย) และหน่วยรับรองระบบงาน (accreditation body) ในขอบเขตที่จำเป็นต่อการตรวจรับรองและการกำกับดูแลการรับรอง
- หน่วยงานของรัฐหรือผู้มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดหรือมีคำสั่งโดยชอบ
5. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายในข้อ 4 จัดเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย เช่น Google (สหรัฐอเมริกาและประเทศอื่น) BRCGS (สหราชอาณาจักร) FSPCA (สหรัฐอเมริกา) และ Equal Assurance Pty Ltd (ออสเตรเลีย) เราส่งข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการตามสัญญากับท่าน หรือไปยังผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม ตามมาตรา 28 และ 29 ของ PDPA

เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลา เราจะลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้
7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- สิทธิถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่ทำไปก่อนหน้า
- สิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูล
- สิทธิขอรับหรือขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ด้วยเครื่องมืออัตโนมัติ
- สิทธิคัดค้านการเก็บ ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล
- สิทธิขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้
- สิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
- สิทธิขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และสมบูรณ์
- สิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)
ท่านใช้สิทธิได้โดยส่งอีเมลถึง eqa.training@equalassurancethai.com เราอาจขอข้อมูลเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน และจะแจ้งผลการพิจารณาภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ ในกรณีที่กฎหมายให้ปฏิเสธคำขอได้ เราจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้ทราบ
8. คุกกี้
เว็บไซต์ใช้คุกกี้และพื้นที่จัดเก็บในเบราว์เซอร์ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงาน เช่น การจำภาษาที่ท่านเลือกและการจำตัวเลือกคุกกี้ และคุกกี้เพื่อการวิเคราะห์ (Google Analytics) ซึ่งทำงานเมื่อท่านกดยอมรับในแถบคุกกี้เท่านั้น ท่านเปลี่ยนตัวเลือกได้ทุกเมื่อจากลิงก์ "ตั้งค่าคุกกี้" ท้ายหน้าเว็บ ดูรายละเอียดใน นโยบายคุกกี้
9. การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย
เรารับส่งข้อมูลผ่านการเข้ารหัส HTTPS จำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบหลังบ้านเฉพาะผู้ที่มีหน้าที่ และใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันการสูญหาย การเข้าถึง การใช้ การเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของท่าน เราจะแจ้งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงนับจากทราบเหตุ และแจ้งท่านในกรณีที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะแสดงวันที่มีผลใช้บังคับฉบับล่าสุดไว้ที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้

Equal Assurance (Thailand) Ltd. ("we") provides management system certification and standards training. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA, and the rights you have.

2. Personal data we collect

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data under Section 26 of the PDPA. Please do not send such data through the website.

We do not send marketing e-mails or LINE messages to people who fill in our forms. If we ever do, we will first ask for separate consent.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only as needed to:
- service providers that process data for us: our website hosting provider, Google (Google Workspace and Gmail for e-mail, and Google Analytics), and LINE when you contact us on LINE
- course owners that issue training certificates, such as BRCGS for courses registered in the BRCGS system and FSPCA for PCQI courses
- Equal Assurance Pty Ltd (Australia) and accreditation bodies, to the extent needed for certification and its oversight
- government authorities where the law requires it
5. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of these providers store or process data outside Thailand, for example Google (United States and other countries), BRCGS (United Kingdom), FSPCA (United States) and Equal Assurance Pty Ltd (Australia). We transfer only what is needed to perform our contract with you, or to providers with appropriate safeguards, in line with Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.

After that period we delete, destroy or anonymise the data.
7. Your rights
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before withdrawal
- access and obtain a copy of your data
- receive your data or have it transferred in a machine-readable format
- object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data
- have your data deleted, destroyed or anonymised
- restrict the use of your data
- have your data corrected, kept up to date and complete
- lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee
To exercise these rights, e-mail eqa.training@equalassurancethai.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within 30 days of receiving the request. Where the law allows us to refuse a request, we will tell you why.
8. Cookies
The website uses cookies and browser storage needed for it to work, such as remembering your language and your cookie choice, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics that run only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page. See the Cookie Policy.
9. Security
Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS, access to the website back office is limited to staff who need it, and we use appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss and unauthorised access, use, change or disclosure. If a personal data breach poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify you where the risk is high.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
