- ประสบการณ์ตรวจประเมินในฮ่องกง มาเก๊า มาเลเซีย สิงคโปร์ และอินเดีย · พัฒนาผู้ตรวจประเมินในบทบาท Operations Manager และการอนุมัติผู้ตรวจประเมินในประเทศจีน
- เคยเป็นวิทยากรที่ได้รับอนุมัติสำหรับหลักสูตร ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับ IRCA

Course Summary
Every organisation exists to deliver products or services, whether for profit or not. Building confidence that products and services consistently meet customer and legal requirements needs a sound management foundation.
The ISO 9001 quality management system has evolved since 1987 to today's ISO 9001:2026. The key change came in 2000, when the standard moved to a process approach, emphasising processes so that they are controlled, capable, efficient and effective as expected, delivering results in line with the organisation's strategy. Understanding the process approach is therefore essential for designing processes that suit the organisation.
Course objective
- Understand the background of the 7 quality management principles
- Build knowledge and understanding of processes and the process approach
- Build skills to develop processes and raise the organisation's management system towards sustainable development and its strategic plan, in line with customer needs
- Build team understanding and use it in process-based audits by internal auditors
- Conform appropriately to management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and others
