Course Summary
A quality management system needs someone to manage it so it runs effectively and efficiently, allowing processes to make quality products and keep customers satisfied. The QMR (Quality Management Representative) therefore plays a key role in making the quality management system effective and efficient for the organisation. We need to understand the QMR's attributes, qualities and duties correctly and handle the situations that arise systematically.
Course objective
- Learn the personal attributes of a QMR, the role and its importance under ISO 9001:2026, and how to handle situations that arise in the quality management system
