Course Summary
This course enables participants to discuss the changes introduced in the 2020 and 2022 revisions and to reinforce their understanding of the General Principles of Food Hygiene.
The standard has two parts: Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs), and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and guidelines for its application.
Active learning is used throughout the case study to encourage critical thinking and to explain how auditors will audit against the standard.
