Requirement and Internal Audit BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 plus Module 11 Course
Principle and Rationale
EQA recognizes the importance of the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9, an internationally accepted food safety standard whose requirements have been revised to address the growing risks in the food industry, covering food safety culture, risk management and strict control of the production process.
For the meat industry, Module 11: Meat Supply Chain Assurance plays a key role in controlling the safety and integrity of the supply chain, from the source of raw materials, traceability and the prevention of contamination and adulteration to control of the production process against the sector-specific requirements.
EQA has developed this course to build both conceptual and practical knowledge, covering interpretation of the requirements, gap analysis of the system and internal auditing, so that participants can evaluate the conformity of the system, identify non-conformities and set improvement actions effectively.
