หลักการและเหตุผล

Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) เป็นมาตรฐานที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นมาบนพื้นฐานของความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม เนื่องด้วยปัจจุบันอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตปาล์ม โดยเฉพาะการผลิตขั้นต้น ทำให้เกิดการเสียสมดุลทางธรรมชาติ มีส่วนทำให้เกิดการตัดไม้ทำลายป่า และการแผ้วถางป่าเพื่อใช้ที่ดินในการปลูกปาล์ม

มาตรฐาน RSPO กำหนดการควบคุมขึ้นมาตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำ คือแหล่งปลูก ลานเท โรงสกัดปาล์ม ไปจนถึงอุตสาหกรรมปลายทาง เช่น ผู้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากปาล์มเป็นส่วนผสมของผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องสำอาง และอื่น ๆ ดังนั้น ผู้ผลิตที่ใช้ส่วนประกอบน้ำมันปาล์มในสายการผลิตจำเป็นต้องเข้าใจและประยุกต์ใช้ระบบดังกล่าว ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ RSPO ที่ประกาศเมื่อ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2020

วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร

• เพื่อให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการนำระบบตามข้อกำหนดของ RSPO ไปใช้
• เพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจข้อกำหนด RSPO และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ในองค์กร
• เพื่อสร้างทักษะและเทคนิคตามข้อกำหนด ยกระดับระบบบริหารขององค์กรสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และบรรลุตามแผนกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร รวมถึงสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า และเป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของ RSPO

Principle and Rationale

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a standard founded on social responsibility, because the palm oil industry, and primary production in particular, has upset the natural balance and contributed to deforestation and the clearing of forest for oil palm plantations.

The RSPO standard establishes controls from upstream - the plantations, collection points and palm oil mills - through to downstream industries such as users of palm-based ingredients in their products, the food industry, the cosmetics industry and others. Manufacturers who use palm oil components in their production lines therefore need to understand and apply the system in accordance with the RSPO requirements published on 1 February 2020.

Course Objectives

• To raise awareness of the importance of applying a system that meets the RSPO requirements
• To build knowledge and understanding of the RSPO requirements so that they can be applied in the organization
• To build skills and techniques in line with the requirements, raise the organization's management system towards sustainable development and the achievement of its strategic plan, and meet customer requirements and the expectations of RSPO
• To achieve conformity with the RSPO management system standard, together with other standards the organization applies, as appropriate
