หลักการและเหตุผล

VDA 6.3 เป็นกระบวนการตรวจประเมินกระบวนการอ้างอิงจากมาตรฐานสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ที่มาจากเยอรมัน ใช้ในการตรวจประเมินกระบวนการทั้งผลิตและบริการ โดยมีกระบวนการและรายการตรวจประเมินตามกระบวนการที่กำหนดขึ้น เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้อง และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของมาตรฐาน จึงจำเป็นที่ทีมงานผู้ตรวจประเมินต้องมีความรู้ ทักษะในการดำเนินการอย่างเพียงพอ ทำให้ระบบได้รับการทวนสอบ นำไปสู่การปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ และกระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง

วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร

• เพื่อให้เข้าใจการเปลี่ยนแปลงจาก 3rd Edition เข้าสู่ 4th Edition
• เพื่อเรียนรู้ และเข้าใจหลักการพื้นฐานทั่วไป สำหรับผู้ตรวจประเมินกระบวนการ VDA 6.3
• เพื่อให้สามารถมีทักษะการตรวจประเมินพื้นฐานตามหลักการใน VDA 6.3

Principle and Rationale

VDA 6.3 is a process audit approach based on the German automotive industry standard. It is used to audit both manufacturing and service processes, following a defined process and process-based audit checklist, to ensure that processes are carried out correctly and in line with the requirements of the standard. The audit team therefore needs sufficient knowledge and skills to carry out the audit, so that the system is verified and this leads to the continual improvement of products and manufacturing processes.

Course Objectives

• To understand the changes from the 3rd Edition to the 4th Edition
• To learn and understand the general fundamental principles for VDA 6.3 process auditors
• To acquire basic auditing skills based on the principles of VDA 6.3
• To know the qualifications required to lead internal and external process audits throughout the product life cycle
• To be able to conduct a process audit and evaluate the audit result
