หลักการและเหตุผล
สมาคมอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์เยอรมัน (Verband der Automobilindustrie: VDA) เป็นผู้จัดทำ VDA 6.5 Product Audit ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายคือการพัฒนากระบวนการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Audit) ที่ให้การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง เน้นการป้องกันข้อบกพร่อง และการลดการผันแปรและของเสียในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน VDA 6.5 มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อให้แนวทางทั่วไปสำหรับระบบการจัดการการตรวจสอบ สำหรับองค์กรด้านการผลิตและบริการด้านยานยนต์
วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร
- เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมเห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นในความเป็นเลิศ ความน่าเชื่อถือ และคุณภาพ ตลอดจนระดับการบริการอย่างสูงสุด ผ่านกระบวนการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Audit)

Principle and Rationale
The German Association of the Automotive Industry (Verband der Automobilindustrie, VDA) publishes VDA 6.5 Product Audit, whose goal is to develop a product audit process that delivers continual improvement, with an emphasis on defect prevention and on reducing variation and waste in the supply chain. VDA 6.5 is intended to provide general guidance for an audit management system for automotive manufacturing and service organizations.
Course Objectives
- To enable participants to demonstrate a commitment to excellence, reliability and quality, as well as the highest level of service, through the product audit process
- To enable participants to increase productivity by identifying problem areas during the audit, which can help reduce quality losses during the production process
