หลักสูตร CQI-18 : Guideline to Effective Error-Proofing 1 edition.
Course Summary
A lack of error-proofing in products and processes leads to poor quality and lost revenue through claims and campaigns, losses for customers, and extra non-value-added work to deal with the problems, with the costs that follow, including labour. These problems can be reduced: warranty claims and field problems, recurrence, negative trends at the customer, and the cost of poor quality.
This is an important opportunity to improve product quality and delivery, reduce waste and raise efficiency by removing the chance of errors through effective error-proofing.
AIAG therefore issued CQI-18, a guideline to effective error-proofing, focused mainly on manufacturing, with the goal of a zero-error culture.
