หลักการและเหตุผล

ธุรกิจในปัจจุบันมีการแข่งขันกันสูงมากในตลาดการค้า เพื่อให้มีการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการให้กับลูกค้าได้ตามที่คาดหวัง โดยต้องเผชิญกับความเสี่ยงที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหา เกิดการหยุดชะงักในการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการให้กับลูกค้า และส่งผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจ ดังจะเห็นได้จากหลาย ๆ ครั้งที่พบว่า บางองค์กรเมื่อเผชิญกับสภาวะวิกฤตที่ทำให้เกิดการหยุดชะงัก ทำให้ธุรกิจชะลอตัว หรือบางครั้งอาจถึงกับต้องปิดกิจการ ดังเช่นตัวอย่างที่เห็น เช่น น้ำท่วมใหญ่ในประเทศไทยเมื่อปี 2011 หรือวิกฤตทางการเมืองหลายครั้งในช่วงที่ผ่านมา

มาตรฐาน ISO 22301 ระบบบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ (Business Continuity Management System: BCMS) เป็นมาตรฐานที่สร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อให้ข้อกำหนดที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายสำหรับองค์กร เมื่อนำไปใช้จะสามารถสร้างความยืดหยุ่นในการให้บริการหรือส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และลดผลกระทบที่เกิดจากการหยุดชะงักทางธุรกิจได้เป็นอย่างดี รวมไปถึงยังสามารถสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับลูกค้าได้ด้วย

วัตถุประสงค์หลักสูตร

• เพื่อให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของระบบบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจในองค์กร รวมถึงประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับจากการนำระบบไปประยุกต์ใช้
• เพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการเชื่อมโยงเข้ากับกระบวนการขององค์กร ทำให้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์กรได้อย่างเหมาะสม
• เพื่อให้ทีมงานตรวจประเมินระบบบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจเข้าใจในรายละเอียดข้อกำหนด ช่วยให้เพิ่มความสามารถในการค้นหาจุดปรับปรุงในองค์กรได้ดีขึ้น

ผู้ที่ควรเข้าอบรม

หลักสูตรนี้เหมาะสำหรับบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ (Business Continuity Management: BCM) และการนำมาตรฐาน ISO 22301 ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์กร ได้แก่

• ผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างาน
• คณะทำงานด้านบริหารความเสี่ยงและความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ (BCM Team)
• ผู้รับผิดชอบระบบ ISO 22301
• ผู้ที่มีบทบาทในการวางแผนและบริหารจัดการเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉิน
• ผู้ตรวจติดตามภายใน (Internal Auditor)
• เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายคุณภาพ (QA/QC) ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายซัพพลายเชน และหน่วยงานสนับสนุนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บุคลากรที่มีหน้าที่จัดทำแผนฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Response Plan) และแผนความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ (BCP)

Principle and Rationale

Business today is highly competitive. To deliver products and services to customers as expected, organizations face risks that cause problems and disruption to the delivery of products and services, with consequences for the business. It has been seen many times that when an organization meets a crisis that causes disruption, business slows down or, in some cases, the organization has to close, as in the major floods in Thailand in 2011 or the several political crises of recent years.

ISO 22301 is the standard for the BCMS (Business Continuity Management System). It was created to provide requirements that, when applied, enable an organization to build resilience so that it can continue to provide services or deliver products, greatly reduce the impact of business disruption, and give confidence to its customers.

Course Objectives

• To raise awareness of the importance of the business continuity management system in the organization, and of the benefits of applying it
• To build knowledge and understanding of how the system links to the organization's processes, so that it can be applied appropriately in the organization
• To give the business continuity management system audit team a detailed understanding of the requirements, improving their ability to find opportunities for improvement in the organization

Who Should Attend

This course is suitable for personnel involved in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and the application of ISO 22301 in the organization, namely:

• Management and supervisors
• Risk management and business continuity working team members (BCM Team)
• Persons responsible for the ISO 22301 system
• Those with a role in planning and managing emergency incidents
• Internal Auditors
• Quality (QA/QC), production and supply chain staff, and related support functions
• Personnel responsible for preparing the Emergency Response Plan and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

so that they can apply the knowledge to prepare, reduce impact and recover the organization's operations effectively.
