Automotive parts manufacturers have applied the IATF16949:2016 Quality Management System Standard for Automotive Industry, this standard refer to core tools. One of these core tools include Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an activity that uses control charts to track the results of a process whether the process is still normal and identify abnormalities in the process. It is also used to confirm the process capability level that it is still compliant with customer requirements.

Course objective

  • To enable participants to understand basic statistical principles and awareness of applying statistical process control to quality control.
  • To ensure participants understand and choose appropriate control chart type for the process.
  • Understand how to analyze control chart and interpreted correctly.
