Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an activity that uses control charts to track the results of a process whether the process is still normal and identify abnormalities in the process. It is also used to confirm the process capability level that it is still compliant with customer requirements.

Course objective

To enable participants to understand basic statistical principles and awareness of applying statistical process control to quality control.
To ensure participants understand and choose appropriate control chart type for the process.
Understand how to analyze control chart and interpreted correctly.
