VDA 6.3 is a process audit process based on German standards for the automotive industry. It is used to audit the production and service processes. There are processes and checklists according to the established processes. to ensure that the process is carried out correctly and conforms to the requirements of the standard Therefore, it is necessary for the auditor team to have knowledge. Adequate execution skills make the system be verified lead to product improvements and continuous production process.

Course objective

• To learn and understand the general principles For VDA 6.3 process auditors
• To be able to acquire basic auditing skills based on the principles in VDA 6.3.
• To recognize qualifications for implementing internal and external process audits throughout the product lifecycle.

EQA Thailand is not presently a VDA licensee. If the VDA auditor “card” is required by a customer for their suppliers’ auditors, attendees should confirm with a licensed provider if they can take the official exam after this course. EQA Thailand training is the technical equivalent of the VDA (6.3) training. Many customers do not require the VDA auditor credential.

EQA Thailand offers training for various ISO industry and sector management system standards. EQA Thailand automotive training course provide training base on ISO 19011:2018, IRCA, and VDA auditor requirements and guidelines.
