หลักสูตรของ EQA ทุกหลักสูตรอยู่ในหนึ่งในสี่ระดับ เริ่มจากระดับที่ตรงกับบทบาทของท่าน แล้วเลื่อนขึ้นทีละระดับ หลักสูตรที่มีรอบ Public แสดงวันและราคารอบถัดไป หลักสูตรอื่นเปิดสอนแบบ In-house
- ระดับ 1 · เข้าใจข้อกำหนด — พนักงานใหม่และผู้ที่ต้องรู้ว่ามาตรฐานกำหนดอะไร
- ระดับ 2 · นำไปใช้ในงาน — ผู้ประสานงานระบบ ทีม HACCP หรือทีม EMS ที่ดูแลระบบในงานประจำ
- ระดับ 3 · ตรวจประเมิน — ผู้ตรวจติดตามภายในและหัวหน้า QA/QC ที่ตรวจสอบระบบ
- ระดับ 4 · คุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ — ผู้ที่ต้องการคุณวุฒิที่ได้รับการยอมรับ (Lead Auditor, PCQI, ผู้ตรวจของเจ้าของมาตรฐาน)
